What is the Warranty on my FryAir?
Your FryAir comes with a fully comprehensive 12 month warranty

Why is the light turning on and off?
This is completely normal - The Fryair is going through a normal cooking cycle. During the cooking process the heating elements and therefore the light will turn off and on to ensure that the desired temperature is maintained.

Can I add more food or turn the food that is currently cooking?
To add more food and to ensure even cooking open the lid of the Fryair and make necessary additions or movements. Be as quick as possible to avoid too much loss of heat.
TAKE CARE – THE INSIDE OF THE FRYAIR IS VERY HOT AND HOT STEAM WILL BE RELEASED WHEN THE LID IS OPENED

Why is the Fryair is beeping?
This means that the cooking cycle is finished. Check that your food is cooked to your satisfaction, remove from the Fryair.

Why is the food not cooked through?
The setting time was too short or heat selection was too low. Refer back to recipe guidelines where relevant. Increase the time and/or the temperature as necessary.

Why is the food over cooked or burnt?
Setting time was too long or heat selection was too high. Refer back to recipe guidelines where relevant. Decrease the time and/or the temperature as necessary.

Why will my Fryair not turn on?
Generally this is a power issue.  Ensure that the cord is connected and plugged into a switched on outlet. Check that the timer and the temperature settings are activated.

My recipe requires more than 60 minutes but the timer only goes to 60 minutes?
At the end of 60 minutes you will have to reset the timer.

Why are my cakes or desserts getting burnt on top?
The Fryair forces intense heat from the top downward. Where possible turn the food over or move to a lower position, or simply cover with tinfoil.
